Please see our

Previous cohorts comprised students from 30 different nationalities. We seek students with different perspectives who will drive new ideas and ways of thinking. We look for participants who represent different thinking styles, life experiences, age range, gender identities and expressions, cultures, ethnicities and nationalities who can contribute to a dynamic environment of interdisciplinary inspiration. This diverse mix enhances the group dynamics and offers students a rich environment for learning from the programme and from each other. Additionally Roche is committed to accommodating participants with disabilities.

Students from a wide range of disciplines joined the programme in the past: medicine, pharmacology, biology, chemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics and computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, visual arts, performing arts, music, composition, conducting, art history, philosophy and musicology. This year, we also encourage students from environmental research, biodiversity and conservation studies, and sustainability studies to apply.

Students chosen for Roche Continents should be open to cross-disciplinary exchange, to fully participate and to actively contribute for the entire programme. Partial participation in the programme is not possible. Kindly note that the programme will be conducted in English.
