Fuzeon is an HIV fusion inhibitor, which blocks HIV’s ability to infect healthy CD4+ T cells. It is indicated, in combination with other antiretroviral medicinal products, for the treatment of HIV-infected patients who failed or could not tolerate previous treatments.
