Thank you for your interest in supporting Re&Act. Your donations support selected projects helping to improve early childhood education, capacity building, and youth development in low and middle income countries.

I am not a Roche employee

Re&Act accepts donations from people who are not Roche employees. If you wish to donate, simply follow the instructions below depending on your geographical location.

Re&Act is based in Basel, Switzerland therefore we have a specific vehicle to process charitable contributions from the U.S. This vehicle serves explicitly for the transmittal of donations from donors in the United States (especially Roche U.S. affiliates or their employees) for the support of non-domestic charitable projects as defined by the company and Re&Act.

Through an agreement with the Tides Foundation, all donations to Re&Act can be tax-deductible under IRS rules and are compliant with the American Patriotic Act. Through a Memorandum of Understanding with Tides, donations from the U.S. are restricted specifically for contribution into Re&Act in Switzerland. Such transfers will then be pooled with other funds for the collective initiatives of Re&Act.

The Tides Foundation does not accept nor process cash or credit card donations for Re&Act.
Attached is a copy of the IRS charitable status notification letter for Tides Foundation, if you would like to reference their EIN# (51-0198509). In accordance with standard IRS requirements, all contributions in amounts above $250 made to the Re&Act Fund at Tides, will be acknowledged by receipt and indicate the tax deductibility of the contribution along with the Tides Foundation tax identifying number for the donor's files.

I am a Roche Group employee

Funds from employees are primarily raised for the annual Roche Children’s Walk, and channeled to Re&Act through the local affiliate. Please contact your local Children’s Walk coordinator for more information.
