Procure to pay transactions with myBuy GEP SMART

myBuy GEP SMART (myBuy) is Roche's new sourcing platform that will streamline and improve procure-to-pay processes for Roche and its suppliers.

myBuy is a free, cloud-native solution powered by our third-party software provider GEP. That will provide transparency, ensuring timeliness of transactions, channel communication and sustainability.

The transition to myBuy will take place between 2022 and 2024 globally, with a rolling deployment schedule across the different Roche sites and affiliates. Within this period, we invite suppliers to join us in this change by creating a supplier account via the myBuy Portal or integrating their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with myBuy.

Eventually, myBuy will replace all other legacy systems currently in use at Roche.

Based on the volume of transactions and available system connectivity, Roche may invite and offer you with various opportunities for collaboration. Accessing myBuy as a portal user is the simplest method, while suppliers with existing ERP systems are advised to set up an integration connection. Suppliers who are registered and integrated with myBuy may either create or connect their online catalogues.

If a supplier does not receive an email inviting them to join or integrate with myBuy, they may contact their supplier manager or a Roche business contact for more details and assistance. For registration and technical support, please contact support@gep.com.

Getting started with myBuy GEP SMART

Suppliers who are invited to register as portal users are pre-registered in the system and require only a few steps to verify their contact information and profile. Once a supplier account has been validated, existing login credentials may be used to access the myBuy Portal at any time. Please refer to the registration Quick Help Guides below.

Suppliers with active myBuy accounts can invite any additional key contacts from their company to register under the same myBuy GEP SMART supplier profile.
