We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and inspiring individual to join the team. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales and customer support.
Your key responsibilities:
- Know customer and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one’s own accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.
- Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
- Support distributors to have a better coverage of end users.
- Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales
- Observe competitors closely and cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area
- Market data collection and provide insights to area manager in a regular basis
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market
Who you are:
- You are someone, who have at least 5 years’ similar sales experience in the relevant industry, with marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
- You holds Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree，and good command of MS office software application
- You have conversational communication in both spoken and written English
