Tendering operation manager

You will be responsible for:

• Timely following up the national bidding policy and changes,  familiar with the bidding process；Work together with BA and territory regional team to leader the RDSL Sunshine Procurements ；Continuously enhance external data channel effectiveness，update information in RDSL bidding database and provide analytics，support management team to formulate bidding strategy； 
• Working together with BA and territory regional team to conduct operations for sunshine procurements, including tender announcement analysis, products and price review and confirmation with related functions, data and documents preparation and upload to tender platform, visit platform officials etc. 
• Timely following up the national bidding policy and changes,  familiar with the bidding process，support management for its bidding strategy design
• Monitoring trends of sunshine purchase and bidding operation in IVD industry and timely adjust existing operations for efficient support and provide strategic support 
• Establishing and maintaining a bidding supporting document system, and coordinate related BA & supporting function colleagues to update document contents in a timely manner 
• Sunshine Procurements documents support by facilitating approval and chopping process
• Monthly report of sunshine purchasing project and other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
• Monitoring the  sunshine procurements of RDSZ&DC&TF Clean Cell product ；
• Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
• Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection  
• Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

• A Bachelor or Master Degrees in business management related subjects
• Client management and bidding information management experience a must. 
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature. 
• Experience of sunshine purchase and bidding operation in IVD or pharmaceutical industry required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.

• High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities.  
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in bidding operations with 3 years in managerial position  
• Strong communication skill and cross functional collaboration experience 
• Previous knowledge of distributor management and distribution channel management strongly preferred
