Your day to day responsibilities are:
As a Reward Analyst you are part of the Global Reward & Recognition team and are responsible for providing essential services to the People Reward and Recognition (PR&R) chapter. The focus is on the fields of job levelling, data submission, benchmarking, data analysis and the related administrative processes for all Roche positions. Additionally, you are accountable for having a firm understanding of, and the ability to, articulate all global reward processes and timelines. In this position you have a firm grasp of Roche Rewards policies and procedures and provide guidance on typical / common and recurring reward questions that could come from employee inquiries.
As a qualified expert, you are:
Collaborating with Reward Partners on understanding organizational structures and roles
Performing job evaluations and position description analysis
Submitting data to benchmark provider and determine/recommend pay grades based on benchmark data
Conducting internal and external compensation analysis to identify comparative salary trends and ensure equity across the organization
Conducting audits and analysis on current programs, policies and procedures in order to develop recommendations on potential changes, gaps or enhancements to significantly improve existing practices and to create a more efficient and streamlined organization
Behaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitude
Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships in a proactive and customer outcomes focused way
Building relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
