You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement the Company’s compensation and benefit policies and programs in accordance with established C&B Strategy.
  • Overall proactively collaborate with different stakeholders, such as HRBP, SSC, etc. to ensure all programs, policies & processes are developed as customer orientated and well communicated, trained & implemented smoothly.
  • Understand market trend on C&B and propose policies and programs to be market competitive
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to develop and implement the Wellbeing programs in accordance with global approach and China benefit strategy; well communicate and promote to foster a culture of health and wellbeing.
  • Understand the market trend on work-life balance approach, develop and implement the policies and programs in accordance with global and local strategy; improve the employee engagement.
  • Per global guidelines, partner with HRBP to develop and implement the effective local recognition policies and programs at Company and Dept. levels; manage the “Applause” system and improve the overall recognition awareness & execution through different channels of communication & promotion.
  • Build engagement / collaboration with BA and respective HR functions to ensure projects are effectively planned and implemented in a customer oriented manner.
  • Per the Total Reward communication strategy and partner with different stakeholders to implement, to improve the overall employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with functional stakeholders to compile, review and update on regular basis on HR DoA, C&B SOPs and Employee Handbook to ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations; centrally file all HR SOPs.
  • Per local business needs & talent development strategy, develop and implement the variable policies, programs and processes on mobility (global / regional / domestic) & Expatriate management in align with corporate guidelines.
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
  • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 
  • Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

  • Bachelor degree or majored in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • Solid knowledge on local labor law and C&B practices
  • Project management / implementation experience
  • Familiar with HR systems, SAP is a plus
  • A strong team player
  • 5+ years proven track records in Human Resources C&B management field with a foreign invested enterprise.
