- Implement innovative and effective regional marketing program according to the national marketing strategy, close cooperation with central mkt, sales team.
- Establish pertinent regional marketing plan
- Accomplish national marketing plan with the cooperation of PM
- Implement regional marketing programs with the cooperation of sales team
- Actively feedback information from expert and competitor
- Organize the Local academic meeting with attractive contents by schedule under both national and regional mkt strategy
- Deliver training to sales team and ensure successful execution of marketing strategy through smooth communication with regional sales team.
- Clearly delivery marketing strategies to sales team and ensure the marketing plans and programs smoothly implement to obtain business growth
- Collect sales team’s feedback through routine communication & field visit: Environment, Competition, Brand Message, Activities
- Routine product knowledge training to sales team
- Joint call with MIC and DSM, attend regular sales management meeting
- Keep in touch with the PM and Medical for the clinic studies, and make sure messages delivered on time
- Align with sales managers on local promotional activities and maximize the resources effectiveness
- Develop and manage KOL
- Manage, maintain and update KOL and speaker’s profiles.
- Responsible for regional meeting speaker slides preparation, review and communicate with the speaker on the presentation contents before the meeting
- Follow up speaker application and feedback the progress timely, manage the speaker usage
- Organize pertinent activity and development plan of KOL
- KOL routine visit
- Manage the regional marketing budget
- Manage market program budgets within financial limit and ensure compliant.
