You will be responsible for:

  • Account management in assigned areas and achieves assigned business quota. 
  • Actively promoting and selling Roche Applied Science products and services offered by the company to the customers (end users) as well as to solve application / product problems promptly and completely and assist Business Area to achieve or exceed overall its monthly and yearly sales target and objectives 
  • Conducting accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast 
  • Coordinating instrument installation with Service Engineer and Application Specialist for installation and training of the on-label instruments 
  • Keeping good and up to date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering products’ on-label information and getting user feedbacks on our products and services 
  • Working closely with Marketing and Application Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Assimilating up-to-date market and competition information a timely manner to those concerned 
  • Exercising supervisory authority over Sales and Application Specialists to include but not limited to coaching, training, assigning work, appraising performance, disciplining employees as well as addressing complaints and resolving issues in the area /region
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
  • Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection  
  • Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

  • Master degree or higher in the life science discipline or equivalent
  • Good command of English in both spoken and written 
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • Product & Application Expertise 
  • In addition to the educational qualification, he/she shall have good track record for working in a MNC company for five or more years, with related supervisory work experience in sales, application support, customer service or training
