pRED Pharmaceutical Sciences (PS) is a single Global Function, comprised of seven research units, spanning six sites across three continents, covering the areas of Investigative Safety; Project Leaders and Modeling & Simulation; Clinical Pharmacology and Bioanalytical R&D; Strategic Outsourcing, Operations and Externalization; Comparative Toxicology and Pharmacology; BiOmics and Pathology.
In BiOmics (Biomarkers, Bioinformatics and Omics) and Pathology, we provide expert solutions to pRED projects by generating and integrating molecular, cellular, tissue and functional data.
This way, we deliver unique and holistic insights into drug safety and efficacy and enable informed decisions to bring the best drugs to patients.
As a Clinical Biomarker Manager you will be responsible for evaluating clinical biomarker capabilities and monitoring biomarker studies at CROs to ensure timely delivery of quality data in order to support the characterization of pharmacodynamics and mechanism-of-action of novel therapeutics and to enable personalised healthcare (PHC).You will closely work with the clinical study team, especially biosample operations specialist, for the biomarker part of the HGRAC application. In addition you will embrace and integrate novel science and technologies to ensure we gain maximum insights from precious patient samples.You will collaborate across a multitude of pRED disciplines with scientists in Shanghai as well as at Roche sites in Europe and the US.
Manage biomarker analysis at external service providers in China and globally to ensure quality, GCP compliance and delivery to time
Responsible for the biomarker part of HGRAC applications.
Play a key role in pRED Biomarker Matrix Teams, contribute to the development of biomarker strategies and interpretation of biomarker data.
The Clinical Biomarker Manager has substantial (at least 2 years) experience in biomarker analysis on clinical trials
As the ideal candidate you have expertise in the implementation of biomarker assays at external service providers according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
