Submit your activity to the global Global Editorial Calendar to kick off the publishing process. Don’t forget to tick the box indicating you need support from web and/or social.

Good to know: Submit all ideas at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we can meet desired publication date!

You’ll receive your project folder and a refresher on how to publish on global channels. If needed, we initiate a kick-off meeting to discuss details like:

• Web scope and specifications, possible templates

• Confirm social media and promotion activity, including target audience

• Define responsibilities and timelines

• Recommendations and best practices

Draft, review and iterate content with iteration check-ins as required. Digital publishing & global social media can provides consulting and assistance with content creation, visual assets or recommend third party vendors.

Good to know: Final social plan, final wireframe and visuals need to be submitted (and uploaded to project folder) at least two weeks in advance to allow for feedback and scheduling.

Please make a copy and  build your draft in the NEW wireframe. All visual assets will need to be uploaded and stored in the project folder you created (instructions above).

Once all is web content is reviewed and approved, submit the finalised wireframe to the Digital Publishing Request, two weeks in advance. Ensure that all assets, images, text and videos are in the shared project folder that was provided to you when you added the activity to the Editorial Calendar. The Digital Publishing team  will provide a draft, and you will give them the green light to publish.

For small edits to existing pages, such as text corrections or update images, submit a ticket to the Digital Publishing Request.
