  • Command the knowledge of customer status and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one’s
  • own territory and optimize the use of expenses budget.
  • Manage suitable distributor network in the area, set annual sales target for appointed distributors, assist and monitor
  • performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
  • Speed up channel development with distributors to have a better coverage of end users  
  • Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales
  • Observe competitors closely, cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area
  • Market data collection and site assessment for potential prospects.  Provide insights and trend to regional managers on
  • a regular basis  
  • Set up and develop sales team in the area via training, coaching and delegation.
  • Work closely with central and region marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence
  • Coordinate with CC and other support team in order to support sales effort
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
