This position is based in Guwahati
Responsible for meeting with the sales budget
Interacting with customers for enhancement of business
Responsible of increasing existing business through adding new parameters / price hike / ownership transfer.
Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relations
Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development
Responsible to timely cater customer queries to increase business.
Liase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders
Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent
Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists
Clarify Data Management
Updation of Information regarding customer visits
Updation of Competitors information
Creation of new database and process documentations
Management of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers
Liase with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract)compliance or introduction of new assays
Organize and assist Product Mangers in conducting CME's
Who You Are:
You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.
With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.
Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information.

As the Zonal Manager – Core Lab (EB) Roche Diagnostics India & NM, you will be expected to demonstrate We@RD dimensions and help evolve the functions culture beliefs as part of the India journey.
Experience required 7 + years of experience in Core Lab, of which at least 5 years should be in a Multinational Company.
