The Cluster Lead Commercial IT is responsible for developing an IT team that partners with the business to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities, deliver IT and/or process solutions, drive adoption and innovation to a cluster of Commercial Affiliates. The Cluster EMEA LATAM - South West includes the countries France and Spain.
In addition your main responsibilities are to
Establish strong business partnering across all business functions in your affiliates and develop deep knowledge of the business operations, business processes and IT solutions within your team
Drive the decision making and co-own execution of the value-based IT portfolio for the cluster to ensure strategic alignment and value realization for our affiliates
Continuously seek for common ground across affiliates/clusters/domains and drive simplification, harmonization and continuous improvement of solution and processes to drive efficiency and speed
Ensure the team is adequately skilled, resourced, focused on priorities, and manage interfaces in order to achieve its purpose.
Be a systems thinker, connect the dots between business needs/opportunities and IT capabilities and identify the right IT priorities for the cluster
Drive the execution of the IT portfolio in your accountability and collaborate across Dia IT and Group IT to ensure alignment, speed to value.
Ensure adoption and value realization of the local, regional and domain IT portfolio of solutions and services.
Ensure effectiveness and end use satisfaction of all IT support services towards our affiliates
Identifies and leverages best practice IT solutions and business processes, organize skills and knowledge sharing within the clusters/domains.
Ensure application lifecycle management is actively done within your area of responsibility and ensure that defined working processes and standards (Corporate, Diagnostics and Group Informatics) are followed within the area of responsibility
Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business field or equivalent professional experience. You bring 5+ years appropriate experience with proven track record of running high performing environments in multiple technical or business domains. A minimum 3 years experience in an international environment is highly preferred. You bring expert knowledge in your area of expertise and preferably a broad IT experience.
Industry recognized certifications in the relevant area are considered a plus.
The ideal candidate has in addition:
Experience and track record of managing change initiatives. You have delivery and/or maintenance and support experience: setting up delivery capabilities focusing on the customer’s needs; experience with large projects / programs
Inspiring and empowering leadership style, driving the development of people in line with the strategy of the organization. Experience in leading multinational teams, preferably also in a virtual environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with vendors, partners and internal teams
An innovative mindset, strong business acumen and a strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus
Demonstrated ability to deal with management issues (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team)
Strong communication skills, ability to engage and influence all levels of business stakeholders, and driving collaboration across geographic boundaries. Fluency in English is mandatory
This position requires frequent travel up to 25%.
