Technical Specialist (Viewics Analytics)

The Technical Specialist role will be responsible for being a technical resource to support the sales of Viewics’ Software as a Service (SaaS) analytics solutions and services. You will work with multiple business development representatives across Europe to assist in their sales process, primarily with responding to the needs and questions of IT and security teams at hospitals and laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to technical expert on the sales team; explain, demonstrate, and prove in-depth how Viewics’ software is developed, implemented, secured and supported
  • Maintain functional and technical expertise, keeping current with evolving systems, applications, and technologies
  • Be the connection for all technical resources; communicate and escalate technical, architectural and competitive blockers and insight to the appropriate channels
  • Lead all technical compatibility discussions; develop partner engagements for driving technical sales, deployment, and adoption of solution
  • Partner with sales to provide strategic guidance in understanding the clients’ objectives and challenges
  • Serve as a thought leader and resident expert on product questions, technical integrations, general industry knowledge for the sales team and partners
  • Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise, providing guidance and supporting cases and escalations
  • Translate difficult technical information, procedures, and vision to a non-technical level
  • Ensure the proper handling of customer information and attention to detail in order to ensure information security compliance
