Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. You’ll be working in a diverse and multicultural environment driving definition, prioritization, and scoping of the software product backlog. In this role, you will work closely with business teams, UX designers, engineers, scientists, and other experts to deliver a software solution that radically simplifies how laboratories around the world keep track of patient’s samples.

  • Develop and Refine Roadmaps - Help define clear and concise focus areas by identifying the desired business outcomes, priorities to meet those outcomes, and aligning those with existing project milestones.

  • Design Features - Work closely with our UX, Business, and Engineering teams to develop new features and workflows that solve the critical pain points of molecular testing labs.

  • Champion Transparency - Communicate development status, changes in scope, timelines, roadmap, etc. to internal and external stakeholders

  • Own Schedules and Process - Partner with project management, engineering and design teams to create schedules and operational plans
    Proactively anticipate and make tradeoff decisions to balance business needs, technical constraints, and design considerations.


  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or similar role, responsible for defining and shipping widely used customer-facing products, experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics market highly valued

  • Experience leading project teams in solving business problems of moderate size risk and complexity.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie detailed analysis to larger portfolio strategies.

  • Experience with developing and managing products that share and reuse design components and features across applications

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Expert in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kamban, XP, etc.), with a deep understanding of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).

  • Good understanding of software development, SaaS, and software concepts such as microservices, platforms, web applications, cloud architecture, security, and data management. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Proven track record of resolving stakeholder conflicts or conflicting priorities amongst projects with minimal guidance


  • Demonstrated experience in managing and sustaining products in the life sciences or diagnostics field.

  • Ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders within a global organization.

  • Prior experience working with team members across different geolocations.

  • Can identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements and is flexible and swift to adapt when needed
