Within the region responsible for, You will be responsible to assist sales product bidding, visit target clinician, sustaining and effective product information delivery, organize and implement regular market promotion activity, continue to develop KOL system, provide professional product training to distributor, to improve and strengthen the end users’ sense of identity to Roche products so as to apply to more patients.
- Establishing business relationship with specialists in hospitals, conducting irregularly scheduled department meetings, delivering the core value of on-label products and the clinical applications,
- Organizing and participating regional promotion activity, improving clinicians' recognition to the advantage of Roche equipment, increasing clinical applications opportunity, establishing interaction with more KOL(Key Opinion Leader), clinical expert and physician;
- Providing important data to support sales team to complete product bidding;
- Learning the product related market territory change timely, gathering the competitors' product promotion information, updating product competitive strategy and information;
- Following the product promotion strategy in marketing department, according to the market condition within the region responsible for, working out, organizing and implementing effective market promotion activities;
- Visiting clinician to assist distributor to boost reagent promotion and sales;
- Organizing training for company sales and distributors in order to learn more about the Roche products;
- Assisting to achieve overall objectives set by Business Management.
