We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced leader to head up our Engineering Function as UK Technical Services Manager. With a direct reporting line to our Director of Technical Services, you will be a member of the Technical Services leadership team and play a critical role shaping the future direction of the Engineering Team and the Technical Services Function as a whole.
In this role, you will lead a team of regional technical managers and 60+ field services engineers whose mission is to provide excellent field service support to all our laboratory clients. This will require you to assess our customer technical needs and develop service strategies to drive a culture of service excellence, resource optimisation and continuous improvement.
Together with the Technical Services Director you will actively develop short and long term strategies in order to drive operational excellence and support future growth & resilience of the Engineering function.
This is a UK field based position and you may reside in mainland UK within easy reach of major transport links. You will be expected to travel throughout England, Wales and Scotland with regular visits to our Head Offices in Burgess Hill.
