After thorough training, you will be responsible as Sales Specialist for the Roche Diagnostics’ portfolio Core Lab Diagnostics in West Flanders.
You are responsible for Flemish speaking part of Belgium (West Flanders) focusing on the Core Lab portfolio as an expert. You develop and strengthen the existing client portfolio as well as hunting for new clients.
You support and implement the strategy that has been defined together with the key account manager.
You support the customers on a scientific, applicative and commercial basis so that a continuous, efficient service is provided. To do this, you will collaborate closely with Field Application Specialists.
The ideal candidate understands consultative selling skills and is able to apply them at the customers, going beyond the product, focusing on bringing perspective. Bachelor or Master's degree in science (biomedical, chemical, biotechnology, biology, etc.) or the equivalent in experience.
Several years of experience in at least one of the following fields: clinical labs, pathology labs or life science.
Track record of success in sales positions; ideally in the field of medtech/diagnostics. You can demonstrate solid sales records, strategic acumen and main achievements.
Strong knowledge of strategic selling skills and advanced customer relationship management skills. You have commercial talent and you are sales minded, you show strong selling and negotiation skills.
Strong customer communication skills: capability to listen to and understand the customer, to create enthusiasm, to create needs and to respond adequately to the needs of customers.

Bilingual: Dutch and scientific English.
