Laboratory Consultant, Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific (Global Grade: SE6)
We are seeking a Consultant to engage key stakeholders across 16 markets in Asia Pacific to improve the laboratory workflow and testing efficiencies. You will support laboratory consulting projects and work closely with project team members to create value for customers. You provide expert analysis of laboratory workflow processes and identify improvement areas according to required key performance indicators (KPIs) and anticipate customer's needs.
In this role, you will
In the course of your work, you simulate various workflow scenarios, design laboratory layouts and prepare customer presentations to support the development of Roche solutions and implementation. In addition, you will establish standard tools and training modules for affiliates to strengthen their workflow analysis and customer engagement skills. The position will report to the Consulting Team Manager, Lab & C-Suite Value Stream
Who you are
You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point.
You are a Degree graduate in the areas of Biomedical Science, Laboratory Medicine or Biotechnology, with at least 5 years of knowledge and experience in central laboratory workflow and its corresponding clinical disciplines.
You have excellent presentation skills and enjoy data crunching, preferably proficient in advanced MS Excel analysis. You are a great team player with willingness for overseas travel up to 30% of the time. Relevant experience in healthcare industry and LEAN Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred location will be Singapore, however other locations within Asia Pacific may also be considered.
