Roche Diagnostics created a new business area charged with building and commercializing a portfolio of integrated digital products, solutions and services along the care continuum.
Our focus is to bring decision support solutions that enable confident healthcare decisions, by unlocking insights from data and digitalization (e.g. diagnostic algorithms, clinical decision support) as well as orchestrating disease management to improve care along the patient journey.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with strong expertise in both marketing and healthcare IT and the ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment to join our marketing team and contribute to this exciting initiative.
In this strategic marketing role, you will be a member of the Marketing Chapter at Roche Information Solutions (RIS) and report to the Solution Marketing & Operations Lead. You will be leading the oncology portfolio messaging and shape the direction of a growing portfolio of integrated digital products across the Roche Information Solution (RIS) and Roche Diagnostics Solution (RDS) team.
It’s a great opportunity to shape and influence how we deliver a portfolio of integrated digital products in oncology to different market segments, supporting better, more personalized care for more patients.
This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to implementing the marketing vision supporting the Roche strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include
Being responsible for strategy and implementation of a thought leadership program with key oncologists and digital health experts.
Gathering insights from customers and will lead the development of commercial marketing strategies and implement the promotional activities & tactics, managing supporting efforts around oncology marketing including regional affiliate enablement.
Collaborating with the marketing and clinical evidence team to effectively leverage clinical evidence to support product and portfolio level messaging in oncology, as well as its rollout internally and externally via integrated marketing campaigns.
Influencing across functions, as a subject matter expert in Oncology: marketing teams in RIS, Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and Pharma, commercialization, regional affiliates, clinical evidence, Regulatory, Legal, and KOL.
Collaborate to develop patient pathways based on voice of customer research to inform product and marketing strategies
Contribute to defining the oncology ecosystem across the portfolio, in collaboration with product and market & competitive insights teams
Develop marketing campaigns across mediums and appropriate channels to attain strategic objective in all areas of oncology marketing. Ensure dissemination of clinical evidence internally and externally.
Participate to cross-functional flex teams/squads around key oncology topics and represent the marketing of the Oncology Insights customer area across Roche Diagnostics and One Roche strategic activities.
Collaborate closely with legal and regulatory to ensure compliance to regulations and standards

Moreover you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline require
8+ years B2B in marketing experience
Experience in oncology marketing required
Experience in health IT, medical device, MedTech, or SaaS product industry strongly preferred
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication/presentation skills. Meticulous attention to detail and effective story teller
Expert at creating visually compelling, engaging presentations that distill complicated concepts into succinct stories across various content
Self-motivated with a true passion for product marketing and marketplace platforms and a strong work ethic
Excellent project management skills
The Travel Requirement for this position is up to 30%.
