As the Global Business Process Specialist for Demand2Pay, you are part of the Global Business Process Management organization. In this role, you will be driving continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation projects within the different process areas like upstream procurement, requisition to receipt or accounts payables including the global deployment of our solution portfolio. One major focus will be to also create and deploy a common reporting solution for our stakeholders which is fed by the different process areas. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement & IT, both divisionally & cross divisionally. Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:
actively pursue the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy
responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within a focus on reporting needs within the E2E process
acting as a Business Process Specialist for reporting to govern changes to existing business processes and design new ones for the Finance & Procurement organization
works closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
empowered decision maker for his/her area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM
working closely together with the Roche operations organizations to drive and support process improvement wherever possible as well as establishing a well deserved customer experience
ensuring monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
Who you are
You have a degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the above mentioned fields (preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement).
You bring also International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects (preferably transformational of nature) and cross functional teams. You also bring the following skills and competencies:
Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for reporting and analytics
Knowledge in reporting solutions such as Business Warehouse as well as fundamental understanding of the underlying processes
Understanding of procurement/finance related Key Process Indicators (KPIs)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities
Experience in procurement and/or AP processes and related systems
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen)
Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.
This is a fixed-term contract employment.
