As the Sr. Business Product Manager (BPM), you will be a core member of the Clinical Care Solutions International Business Team. The BPM will help build and deliver on the product strategy. You will exemplify customer centricity in every aspect of the job. You will focus on defining and proving the value proposition early in the lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch the products/solutions and manage post-launch upgrades. The BPM will lead setting OKRs for the product line in alignment with business leadership, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders
You will be responsible for…
Driving the Product Roadmap, VoC, and KOL Engagements
Product Manage a suite of clinical decision support and workflow management solutions focused on improving healthcare outcomes for acute and post-acute care episodes with focus on acute infections, cardiology related hospitalization, other critical care episodes and readmissions.
Understand the market landscape and the position gap
Prioritize use cases to develop a strategic and comprehensive product roadmap
Cultivate networks with key opinion leaders in the industry as well as with key stakeholders within the company to guide strategic vision
Work closely with design teams to rapidly prototype the solution concept and pitch to customers for feedback. Drive user experience / interaction studies and bring the insights back to the internal teams
Co-create with customers to ensure product market fit
Use agile principles – fail fast fail early. Prove value proposition early in the product lifecycle. Rapidly prototype ideas and iterate with customers
Heavily utilize data insights, market and customer research, and your product intuition to continually improve the product
Maximize reuse of capabilities across products to accelerate time to market
Define Business Opportunity
Work closely with customers and clinical science leads to define the unmet medical need
Create business cases and pitch to stakeholders including executive management
Conduct willingness to pay studies and explore reimbursement options
Evaluate product sales performance and make enhancements as required.
Executing on Product delivery and foster collaboration
Act as a key externally focused contact for internal departments including Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Quality. Develop mechanism to share customer perspectives with all the stakeholders
Work with key internal departments to help resolve product design issues and own trade-off decisions
Clearly communicate plans, insights, data, and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams, and other decision makers across the company.
Drive new product launches
Support and provide guidance on the creation of marketing collateral
Work closely with commercial team to guide market development activities
Evaluate post launch performance and manage product upgrades
As a Sr. Business Product Manager for Clinical Care Solutions, you bring:
+5 years of experience in Product Management, successfully building the vision and delivering innovative enterprise Health IT, Clinical Decision Support and Clinical Workflow products and solutions as a lead or sole product manager from conception to launch.
Experience in building products with proven value in market. Track record and passion for building great products and taking them to the next level
Deep understanding of the patient journey and clinical workflows across different disease areas is highly desirable. Experienced in addressing gaps through technology across the care continuum.
Systems thinker and able to connect the dots across the complex healthcare eco system
Previous experience working in critical care clinical solutions or advanced clinical decision support solutions is highly desirable
Good understanding of software quality management systems, regulated software in healthcare and agile
Experience of product development processes and methodologies (for agile software development)
Management of complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure circumstances
Ability to balance strategic and tactical initiatives. Thrives at the interface of business and technology. Proven ability to synthesize complex information and strong financial acumen.
Personally motivated, creative thinker and accountable team player. Demonstrated ability to respectfully provide and receive feedback
Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication and proven ability to foster and build important relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Consistent record of building collaborative relationships through effective influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills to achieve alignment up and down the organization. Acts as an integrator and breaks down siloes
Ideally, pre-existing network of Roche contacts in global functions and affiliate sites.
Ability to navigate within a changing organization, maintaining objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, fairness, and open communication.
Must be viewed as a decisive leader and be able to act independently in the face of ambiguity.
Driver personality, constantly pushes towards clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration.

As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon ongoing business project activities.
