As a Customer Service Partner, you are in charge of the customer relationship with the hospital pharmacists and other important prescribers (if not covered by a Patient Journey Partner or Health System Partner) related to the Roche Portfolio. You are responsible for all customer inquiries related to our Established Product Portfolio (incl. Biologics). You lead and initiate targeted end-of-lifecycle activities for specific Established Products and provide the best customer service related to the Established Product portfolio for our customers.
Most of your territory is in the French speaking part of Switzerland.
Proactive Roche Portfolio discussions and price negotiations with external primary target groups and important prescribers
Field-based support for the Established Product Portfolio, in close collaboration with other Field based functions or enabler functions such as marketing, medical, market access, logistics etc.
Lead of requests for information related to the entire Established Products Portfolio, e.g. prices, conditions, discounts, billing, storage, delivery, returns etc.
Handling of product or service requests and complaints
Collection of business intelligence insights
Completed SHQA pharmaceutical representative (or equivalent training) or willingness to complete this at the next opportunity (pharmaceutical specialist with federal diploma or certified pharmaceutical consultant SHQA)
Communicative and open personality with negotiating skills and analytical skills
Flexible organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking and courageous authenticity
Self-organized and independent way of working in a agile environment
You are fluent in French and have very strong German skills
