The Opportunity 
As an RFx Coordinator, you are responsible for managing all activities associated with the proposal/bid process.  Your work includes facilitating a cross-matrix team, taking a leadership role in coordinating strategy and deliverables to ensure proposal/bid responses are submitted accurately and timely.  Throughout this process, you will create a plan and establish key milestones, deliverables and deadlines, communicating expectations and responsibilities with your business stakeholders. 

Job Facts:

  • Review proposal/bid requests and related documents; analyze to understand and capture specific operational, administrative and proposal requirements
  • Develop and finalize proposal/bid response documentation to align with the customer and to support business direction and strategy
  • Facilitate, lead and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the proposal/bid process
  • Utilize the proposal/bid tool for all responses and ensure the tool is current and accurate with all timelines, data work-sets and library content
  • Demonstrate flexibility when timelines and requirements dictate 
  • Proactively partner with business stakeholders and provide proposal/bidding process trends, ideas and concerns
  •  Identify and contribute to process improvements to achieve and sustain proposal/bidding process excellence

Who You Are:

  • 3 years related experience or Bachelors degree with 1 year analytical experience     
  • Demonstrated contract administration and process knowledge including the impact and affect on business performance
  • Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel utilization and SAP
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
  • Strong attention to detail
