Technical service engineer in Roche Diagnostics Croatia based in Zagreb

(temporary 1 year employment agreement with probation period 6 months and high probability to change to permanent)

The position

You, as a Technical Service Engineer at Roche Diagnostics Croatia, will have a role in technical services such as installation, maintenance, repair, modification, upgrade and removal of Roche biochemistry, immunochemistry, molecular and tissue diagnostics devices. You will need to cope with all difficulty levels according to company target agreements. Additional to that you will need to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and meet their requirements through technical expertise, availability but taking into consideration safety of Roche devices and being compliant with corporate policies and processes.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide technical support on site and sometimes by phone. You will have to perform maintenance, repairs of all levels, modifications and demonstrations in the field. Your task will be to perform customer trainings and consulting in repair and maintenance issues. If you will not be able to complete the task, you will need to dispatch the call with special issues (scientific/technical problems) towards the competent functions. At times you will need to provide technical support and troubleshooting after the working hours of the day, during the weekends and public holidays if they are emergency calls. You will be responsible for placing orders for spare parts and other tasks connected to warehouse and spare parts.

You will be representing the Company through developing and maintaining enduring, value driven relationships with customers and you will be responsible for horizontal and vertical information flow and cooperation with other departments in order to search for common solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

 Have university degree preferably in electrical engineering and computing

Have at least 3 years experience in working with analytical systems on site (troubleshooting, installations, de-installations, engineering)

Have knowledge of control/operating SW and HW

Have basic level of chemistry knowledge

Have personal organization – highly organized with excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Have ability to solve problems and work under pressure

Are good communicator and have customer centric approach

Are a team player

Have advanced  IT knowledge and skills (knowledge of CISCO CCNA is an advantage)

Are fluent in English and Croatian

Have a valid driving license (B category)
