As the ASPIRE Organisational Change Leader (OCL) you will focus on the people side of change required to harmonize & streamline the end-to-end business process backbone of Roche enabled by a simplified, integrated and standardized ERP system landscape.
The OCL will partner to co-create, execute & continually enhance the change management strategy which supports the ASPIRE vision. Working with business & IT partners you will integrate the ASPIRE change agenda with other transformation / change efforts to build upon and enhance the overall impact of all.
Leading a team of direct & indirect reports your strategies will help Roche to deliver business value through adopting changing business processes, systems, technologies, which enable end to end visibility needed to support data-driven decisions and efficient operations along our end-to-end ERP business processes.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Leading the design, development, and implementation of OCM strategies and tactical change & engagement plans; including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders
Leading the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities
Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
Assessing training needs, leading the development of training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs
Collaborating with team members, ensuring the delivery of one, flexible, integrated end-to-end solution which is inclusive of human capabilities and change strategy.
Tracks delivery against the roadmap, & anticipates and addresses potential barriers (risks & issues)
You have the following qualifications/skills:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, Organizational Communications or related field highly preferred or Bachelors with appropriate project experience
Change management certification preferred
15+ years of related experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
Demonstrated experience in leading full-lifecycle change management activities for large-scale process and technology transformation initiatives in high-pressure circumstances. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Demonstrated passion for and role-modeling of VACC (visionary, architect, coach and catalyst) leadership, with proven ability to lead with a creative mindset, very high self-awareness and for acting as a coach and mentor for other leaders
Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks
Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
Strong executive presence and ability to develop and deliver of executive-level presentations
Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
ERP experience and related processes knowledge, is a plus
Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor and ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision
Leads change by example, is optimistic in the face of challenge; stays resilient. Has a “can-do” attitude & engages networks to get stuff done
