  • Portfolio Strategy Development and Coordination
    • Lead and coordinate annual BP preparation across brand teams within Franchise
    • Work close with key cross-functional team on business and financial planning
    • Communicate with global team on key strategic initiatives

  • Leading excellence of Hema integrated brand strategy and tactics
  • Support MD to develop strategic plan for Hema inline&pipeline brands
  • Work closely with brand team to lead excellence of integrated tactics and key projects
  • Maintain dashboard of Hema internal and external data multi-dimensional analysis
  • Corporate with cross functional team on Hema brands rolling forecast

  • Customer Insights & Marketing analytics
    • Work together with marketing & sales team, conduct market research, collect market insights from KOLs and integrate into portfolio and brand strategy
    • Brand & Therapeutically area knowledge: work together with PD and Strategic planning team for pipeline planning and business case development
