Authorization System Support Team Lead

As a Authorization System Support Team Lead you will be responsible for:

  • People management related tasks within the team (recruitment, goal setting, compensation management, coaching and mentoring the team members)

  • Perform monthly quality checks over tasks performed by the team members

  • Regular service quality review with main stakeholders (Group and Divisions)

  • Support team members and Roche affiliates in ad hoc audit related tasks and questions upon requests

  • Daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting to the SSC management team

  • Ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement processes which also reflects your personal mindset

  • Raising requests, collaborate with 2nd Level Support   

 

Qualifications

 

You have University or College Education, concentration on Finance or Accounting and you are fluent in English. You bring 4-5 years in the area of process management/FiCo/ user support and people management experience as well. Good end user knowledge in ERP systems. SAP knowledge like SAP R3, SAP BW, SAP GRC is a plus.
