Responsible for the  Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific HR Support Solutions projects in compliance with Roche HR goals, company strategy, relevant standards and legal constraints. This role is delivery focused and drives the HR support solutions APAC service transition initiative in partnership with regional transition managers from other HR support solutions locations:

  • In line with Roche project delivery framework and methodologies, establishes and drives end to end project ensuring the project delivery is on time, on budget whilst meeting the agreed business value and requirements:
  • Leads the project team comprised of local and remote team members to successfully deliver business value.
  • Responsible for determining project scope and business requirements, define the project strategy approach, plan and manage the project effectively in line with key stakeholders expectations
  • Drives effective communication for all levels of stakeholders, therefore building business confidence throughout project delivery
  • Ensures effective Project Planning, Tracking & Control

Other capabilities & skills critical to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful complex global/regional transformation projects/service transitions with management of up to 15 project team members
  • Strong project management skills ant tools know how
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Ability to travel based on project needs (<20%)
  • Proven ability to mobilize resources within the region and align diverse teams 
  • A solid understanding of Shared Service Center Processes and environment

  • Experience with HR processes & expertise are beneficial

  • Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications, preferably Google suite

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, mandarin would be a beneficial

  • Bachelor Degree or above

  • PMI PMP certification or equivalent
