- Drive fast sales uptake to ensure sales target achievement.
- Gain TAE's advocacy on Avastin and Tarceva
- Optimize sales & MKT positioning, segmentation, messaging and targeting
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能） Work closely with sales team and local marketing to make sure in-MKT YTD sales achievement ≥100%
Responsible for Tarceva and part of Avastin marketing campaign execution, and improve quality of academic meetings, symposia and congress
Routine field visit with sales team and external customers to better understand LC market and to get market insights, contributing to market strategy.
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
- Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine or pharmacy, consultancy experience would be a plus.

- Happy to collaborate with other team members and cross-functional colleagues
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
Minimum 3+ years previous product marketing experience in pharmaceutical MNC, oncology-related background is preferred.
- Strong execution and project management capability
- English verbal & written skills are essential
