Application Business Analyst HR Solution Management
Within HR Solution Management, we organize, ensure sustainability, growth and performance of Business Solutions that we enable for HR and Roche , as well as their smooth integration within Roche Landscape, Architecture and Procedures. The portfolio of solutions we maintain is covering Human Capital Management, Servicing, eRecruitment, Global Mobility, and Cloud Components SFDC, Topia, Applause, Workday, Neocase, and others….
The team aims to:
Organize solutions within their ecosystems
Develop effective customer relationships in accordance with IT Standards
Develop and promote knowledge on the supported solutions
Research and innovate within the supported solutions
The Application Business analyst oversees and performs all analytical and conceptual activities to an accounted solution portfolio against internal business customers. The Application Business Analyst is an active part in the solution’s lifecycle management, having a focus on one or several components with aim to support continuous improvement.
In that role you will have to ensure that:
Business processes are well understood You will have to be a trusted partner to customer, providing high-class conceptual, analytical and coordinative work across serviced solution portfolio. Business requirements are analyzed speaking “Business Language” and user experience
You will manage the relationship with the Vendor and the Technical teams, in close collaboration with the Component Owner and the Solution Architect. You will track and follow-up on opportunities, issues, dependencies and risks
You will have to understand the Architectural design and technical setup, so you can efficiently liaise with technical team and bridge between Business and Technology, being able to speak both languages. You will assess the required operational changes derived from business customers’ change requests are reviewed Test cases are provided in each project or major change to check the solution is fit for purpose
You will participate as contributor or can be accountable for enhancement Projects in the components and solutions you are in charge.
This position is a backfill of an existing one and will have a primary focus on developing and promotion of knowledge on Workday solution to Servicing organization, Support Analysts organization, Global User Service organization and the JML community. Another duty in the position will be to organize and manage the incident processes within the team incident distribution, incidents to knowledge, incidents to enhancements or bug fixes, reporting, as well as participating to it. Last but not least supporting the Servicing community with their Case Management solution (Neocase) and interaction between Neocase and ServiceNow is part of the area of focus.
Activities and engagement will evolve overtime based on priorities and new business requests. HR IT being in a highly dynamic environment, and new generation of Human Capital Management solution based on Workday is creating a lot of development and growth.
Who you are:
You have background in HR Business or Information Technology. You have appetite for both areas and would like to enable IT Solution for HR Business.
3 to 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position, in an HR position leveraging technology, or in an IT position having focus on Business
You have HR Systems sound knowledge and curiosity to explore new technologies
You have good analytical and communication skills allowing you to engage with business partners, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions after analysis.
You can work on support cases, liaising with business, monitoring and analyzing the application logs and engaging/coordinating with all parties involved in support process. You have ambition to always improve and enhance solutions, constantly challenging status quo.
You can work independently, organizing day to day support and mid term planning activities, with a strong delivery orientation.
You have organization and planning skills allowing to take ownership on larger changes requiring coordination level and business impact management. You can lead or participate projects.
You can work with external vendors, for changes or for support cases management, which includes sound facilitation, moderation and negotiation skills
Obviously, you should always be pragmatic in recommendations and actions, agile and open minded in way of approaching work and priorities. Strong customer orientation is a must. You have to be fluent in English.
The position is based in Budapest and you are might have to travel to meet customers, team, project teams or vendors. Some exceptional planned week-end work might have to be required when major upgrades or transformation need to happen without business disruption.
