Responsible for Roche’s reimbursement strategic relationship and management of key access
KOLs who will involve into NRDL dynamic review mechanism at central level, including identifying relevant key experts, building and nurturing sustainable payer-and-selected KOLs interactive project platforms with the access target at national level as well as delivering targeted advocacy,aiming to support the achievement of national reimbursement for target products in timely manner.
 Support NMA Director in the provision of engagement strategy with national key access experts in medical insurance field at national level to ensure clarity for reimbursement policy environment through collecting and analyzing the relative information, key message delivery as well as strategy implementation.

 Involve and contribute to related reimbursement projects and make management internally.
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Business Management 业务管理
1. Over 10 years working experience in healthcare industry, at least 6 year in access working experience;
2. Advanced degree (master preferred) in relevant fields such as medicine, health policy, economics, management, etc
3. Project management & implementation expertise;
4. English both in oral and in writing
5. Good PPT skill
