The Role

This position will be responsible for the design, implementation, operations and communication of the Total Rewards and Talent Attraction and Sourcing with the objective of attracting and retaining best in class talent for Roche.

  • Develops Roche Philippines Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices.

  • Develops Talent Attraction and Sourcing strategies, policies and practices

  • Design, implements and maintains compensation structure, and reward and recognition programs, incentive programs which in line with the statutory and Roche C&B Strategy.

  • Partners with global and regional teams to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet objectives of Roche Philippines

  • Analyzes current benefits to ensure they align with our business strategy and ensures that our strategies enable us to attract top talent.

  • Supports the HR team in creating HR data infrastructure and supports leadership teams across Pharma and Diagnostics divisions with data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.

  • Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations and other applicable Labor and/or Tax laws and regulations in the Philippines ; fulfills compliance and reporting requirements

  • Leads end to end recruitment operations and supports the HRBPs in key hiring decisions.

  • Works closely with Global Mobility team and acts as local mobility lead and responsible for all mobility processes for International Assignees and Short Term Rotations. 

  • Responsible for the management of our payroll and benefits vendor relationships, benefits contracts, and bid negotiations for all Total Rewards Program

  • Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities. Ensure compliance with, relevant regulations, safety and quality principles.

Who You Are


  • A university qualification ideally in business, finance or human resources management


  • Experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
  • Experience in benefits transformation

Functional Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs
  • Experience developing and managing compensation plans and programs
  • Ability to influence and present to senior leaders
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience and knowledge in managing global mobility/expatriate programs
