  • Design and develop compensation and benefit strategies that guide the company’s pay philosophies and ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Lead in the performance management system to promote high performance culture in the company.  Partner with local HRBP to facilitate the annual performance calibration exercise.
  •  Monitor the implementation of all the relevant plans to reflect and align with the company’s growth strategy, business objectives and talent goals.
  • Lead the rewards team to continuously improve efficiency, quality and competencies;
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations with regard to the overall rewards policies & processes
  • Conduct effective people development and coaching
  • Understand employees’ opinions & company’s improvement areas, and initiate activities for continuous improvement.
  • Implement corporate initiatives to the company with smooth adaptation
  • Responsible for HR budgeting administration in cooperation with finance Dept. to ensure that align with the company’s mid-long term growth strategy & business objectives.
