Order Process Intern - English speaking

Responsibilities:

As an Order Process Intern you will be also responsible for:

  • handling order process related documents,
  • checking, validating & uploading documents to SimpleBuy system,
  • answering internal & external queries, emails,
  • processing of I2P workflows,
  • working together closely with the Order Process department.

Requirements:

You are currently studying in University/College in day-time schedule. You have intermediate English language knowledge (German knowledge is an advantage). Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • you have good interpersonal skills,
  • you are a team player; have accountability, accuracy, ability to work to meet deadlines and set the right priorities,
  • you are available to work 20-30 hours on a weekly basis.
