External Communications

  • Develop and implements external communication and public relations programs, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials that protect and enhance the organisation's reputation and that are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience
  • Ensure all external communication follows corporate branding and results in an intended external view of the company
  • Review relevant external communication to ensure external compliance
  • Liaise with other departments to develop and implement public relations programs or activities that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall public relations strategy Structures and supports Company events
  • Review and approve draft speeches, articles, press releases, public statements, and other communications to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the organisation's overall public relations strategy
  • Review media coverage of the Company as well as important Company events and monitors public opinion of the Company
  • Respond to more complex or escalated enquiries from the public, media, or other interested parties to ensure that all communications are accurate and appropriate
  • Support marketing communication and ensure aligned strategy and appearance of all Business Areas
  • Follow market trends in the communication area to identify future trends and adjusts marketing communication accordingly 
  • Support to ensure promote product brands accordingly to global and local strategies and policies
  • Ensure one Roche approach and image to external publics
  • Communications and media crisis management

Internal communications

  • Develop and implement internal communications in various platforms that appropriate for intended audience
  • Develop and implement the annual theme for the company according to its vision and objectives
  • Ensure appropriate use of employer branding and develops important internal communication/ announcements
  • Support GM and Senior management in communications and corporate events

Corporate events, projects

  • Plan, develop and implement the corporate events such as company meetings, trips…
  • Plan, develop and implement campaigns, activities to support driving the company internal objectives and goals
  • Plan, develop and implement the corporate gifts (Tet gifts, Calendars, gimmicks…)


  • Develop and implement the CSR strategy of the company and drive appropriate activities to foster the company´s reputation in Vietnam
  • Active member of the core Management Team (Mancom) of Roche Vietnam
  • Other duties may be assigned by the management


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or diploma in Marketing/Communication
  • At least 4 years working experience in marketing communications, digital communication, CRM (Customer Relation Management).
  • Good at content write-up.
  • Health care industry experiences is a plus
  • Experience working at leadership team level is required
  • Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
