We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented personality with a strong sense of interdisciplinary understanding and experience in the healthcare industry.

Your tasks include:

  • Draft insights and recommendations on business strategy and operations using a variety of internal in market data

  • Have an understanding of budgeting cycles, and where the value is generated on key decisions

  • Cooperations in cross-functional, exciting national & international projects

  • Being pro-active, and responsible for the support and advice of the business units

  • Lead a team of dynamic contributors - inspire, develop and lead by example

  • Interface to other departments as well as internationally to the group

  • Broad responsibility with operational and strategic challenges

  • Responsible work in a dynamic and promising company with freedom for self-initiative

  • Ability to turn insights into a succinct message

  • Have an interest in systems, processes and efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Completed business studies preferred with specialization in finance and controlling

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry

  • Proactivity and strong entrepreneurial thinking

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint and SAP

  • Very good IFRS knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of German & English is required

In this position, you report directly to our Finance Director in an exciting area ​​with a high degree of creative freedom, interesting training and further education opportunities in an innovative healthcare group.

You can expect an annual salary starting at € 50,000 gross, as well as a performance-oriented bonus and attractive benefits.
