Convey the key product information to clients accurately and timely to accomplish promotion target through various compliant academic and promotion activities. Cross function collaboration with Marketing, Medical and other enabling functions on the daily communication, work closely with them to promote products deeply, to improve Roche and Roche Products brand.
- Planning and execution: Propose, review, design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with line manager and marketing colleagues. Ensure execution of all business activities is in line with company policies and SOP, follow the highest compliance standard.
- Account & Brand Management: Convey the key information of Roche products to Medical Practitioners and KOLs through academic visits, help them cognize Roche products and know relevant knowledge. Collect feedback on the product usage and market information through academic visit to nurse.
- Performance Management: Align with line manager to set work objectives and ensure fulfillment. Collect and analyze data information on time, make sure data accuracy and aligned with company requirements.
- Finance Management: Set up budget plan and implement the plan through compliant way, ensure company resources utilized appropriately and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with other team members and cross functions to combine resources, drive win-win solution.
- Self-Management: Act as a Product and sales expert within the team. Provide counselling and mentoring to junior team members.
