Early in Career Partner - Marketing & Programs (Global)

ROLE SUMMARY 

The EiC Partner drives strategic activities at a regional/country level (in addition to a global level where needed) ensuring they meet the needs of the business as well as aligning to the global Roche strategy for early in career. They partner with the Global EiC Community Lead, the business and People & Culture (P&C) partners to co-create and drive regionalized/country approaches to proactively build, operationalize, and develop sustainable, diverse early talent pipelines. They anticipate the future needs of Roche and our patients aligning with our 10-year ambitions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensure strategic alignment of global/regional/country EiC strategies to Roche P&C and business ambitions/goals

  • Be a strategic thought partner/advisor to the business - proactively design new programs and deliver solutions to the business with regard to EiC strategy 

  • Translate organizational needs into EiC talent solutions at a regional & global level 

  • Expert in EiC talent strategies is able to identify key trends and communicate to P&C partners & Global EiC Lead & EiC Partner community 

  • Effective collaboration within the EiC Community to ensure alignment on EiC/P&C Strategy & Solutions 

  • Development, design, implementation, life-cycle management of frameworks/strategies on EiC Solutions in close collaboration with business partners and the wider P&C network

  • Drive regional/country partnerships with outside organization (e.g. Universities/Research institutions, non-profit organizations) to ensure alignment with overall global EiC strategy 

  • Develop an engagement strategy (school selection, timing, activities/events, faculty partnerships) that will deliver on specific regional/country goals, partner with PSS/volunteers for execution 

  • Execute engagement strategy with university students, organizations, faculty and staff to establish Roche as an employer of choice 

  • Organize and direct university campus teams to accomplish and execute sourcing/engagement activities 

  • Partner with Global EiC lead to establish and define EiC KPIs with the business and P&C leadership team

  • Drive landscape activities that support key talent attraction - D&I initiatives, Work Experience, etc. 

  • Identify early in career pathways from EiC programs into full time entry level roles within Roche 

  • Partner with EiC Specialist to execute and deliver on EiC programs and strategies (coordination, administration, support) 


 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience experience in HR management, organizational development and or business/related field

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with a focus in University/Early in Career recruitment for a minimum of 3 years

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills in addressing all levels (from students to senior leadership)

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fluid environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with colleagues
