Objectives and Scope of Position:
Through various promotion and seminar, convey key product information to medical practitioners with required visit frequency to achieve set promotional sales target.
- Achievement of Promotion target.
- Achievement of Key Sales Performance Indicators.
- Development of professional relationships with Medical Practitioners
- Grow Market Share of Promoted products within assigned territory
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
•Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
•Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization
2. Account & Brand Management
•Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
•Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
•Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers
3. Performance Management
•Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
•Collect, analyze and report market/competition information on time based on business requirements
4. Finance Management
•Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
5. Team Management
•Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
•Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
•Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
•Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
