Everyone Matters
Like all her colleagues across the globe, I believes what Pharma Informatics team is doing everyday is going to make an impact on patients in this or that way.
moreAfter college, she joined the Roche Indianapolis Accelerated Development Program, a two-year rotation for new college graduates. The program allowed Molly to explore three areas of the commercial business and helped her identify the right career path for her.
"I always wanted to work at Roche. And so this was an opportunity where they could bring in early in career talent and we could really make a difference. We could really understand what are the different departments within Roche, what do you like, what do you not like, what are you passionate about?"
Working at Roche was probably the best decision I've ever made. You have people that want to see you succeed, and I think that truly makes a difference when you're coming to work every day.
Helping customers get what they need
Now, as an inside sales account specialist in centralized diagnostics organization, Molly is focused on supporting the sales team and helping customers get the right products to fit their needs, as well as the needs of their patients.
Finding a home
As part of the program, Molly got to know other recent grads as well as mentors, sponsors and rotation leaders, giving her a support system.
