Meet Elif Saral, Global Project Technical Leader

Tell us about yourself.

I graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering. I completed M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Engineering at ITU as well.

I started my career in the Manufacturing Industry as a Manufacturing Engineer/ Industrial Engineer. I worked on multiple capital engineering projects and new product launches for different companies. I worked at another pharmaceutical corporation as a ‘’Senior Project Leader’’ for 10 years- mainly responsible for new product launches, technical transfer projects, capital engineering projects, global serialization project implementation and other continuous improvement initiatives for the site.

In my spare time, I like reading history, learning about different cultures, travelling with my family and doing outdoor activities such as walking and swimming. I visited Rome, Italy last year. I loved the art, history, culture, food and people.
