You are a talented Finance professional with an excellent academic education and you would like to gain global experience by working in different areas of Finance? Your goal is to become a future leader in Finance? Then, Roche’s global rotation program “Finance Perspectives” is for you!

We designed Finance Perspectives for Finance professionals who are at an early stage of their career and seeking to make significant contributions to what patients need next. We are seeking for high-energy and globally mobile future Finance leaders from around the world.

Recognizing the central importance of experiential learning and development, Finance Perspectives provides a groundbreaking chance to create a broad global network and to gain experience and skills in different areas of Finance that will be necessary for a career path in Finance – and all this in an accelerated timeframe.

Features include:

Duration: 2 - 2.5 years in total in different countries on a global and a local level
Rotation into different Finance projects and positions, e.g. core finance processes, regional & key function/business area controlling, audit
Assignments will be tailored to your areas of interest and development needs
Exposed to different Finance functions and teams and other key business partners
Mentoring by a Senior Finance Leader throughout the program

To turn into a member of Finance Perspectives, you already have initial leadership experience as well as strong potential and the aim to take over a leadership position within Finance in the near future. You have remarkable communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking forward to your application when you also fulfill all requirements below:

Excellent relevant academic education with Master's degree or equivalent MBA, Industrial Engineering or Information Management with explicit focus on Finance
Early phase of your career: between 1 - 5 years of total working experience in Finance (this includes apprenticeships & internships experience)
At least 6 months working experience spent in a foreign country; ideally you also have experience in working in a developing region i.e. Asia Pacific, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa
Empathetic professional who integrates well into different cultures, teams and business settings including a real passion for people and able to share and serve our Roche values of integrity, courage and passion
Global mindset with a high degree of mobility both during as well as after the program
Fluency in two languages - one of which has to be English
Relevant technology skills like Social Media, MS-Office

Application process and further details:

Application closing date is January 31th, 2018
Pre-selection phase and invitations for interviews end of January/ beginning of February
1st and 2nd round phone/video interviews take place around February
Final Assessment Center takes place April 17-18 in Basel, Switzerland
The program will start Q3 in 2018
