We are seeking a Regional Access Manager in Neuroscience to lead and deliver key regional access and commercial initiatives in the East of England territory. A key member of the regional and key account team reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will ensure the delivery of the regional business plan leveraging environmental insights on strategic processes, NHS bodies and influential individuals to deliver access in line with goals.
Securing brand access, you will be responsible for sales and a local Key Account plan to maximise Roche's interests and promote patient care.
Your detailed regional plan will include stakeholder maps, regional access opportunities and barriers, insight into prescribing bodies and guidelines, and resource requirements to deliver an optimal access environment.
You will build relationships with key NHS stakeholders and ensure sufficient funding allocation for the Roche portfolio by supporting them in their budget planning activity.
With a good working knowledge of relevant healthcare policy and its relevance to local implementation, you will share best practice across the Key Account and RAM teams.
You may be required to undertake additional projects such as joint or partnership working governed by relevant ABPI Policy and Roche Standard Operating Procedures.
