Roche "Pharma Development and Technical Operations" team provides IT services and projects globally to Roche Group Pharma Development, Technology and Partnering. As an IT Delivery Manager, you are expected to ensure the implementation of IT projects and services as per arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements, corporate rules), and manage distributed project/service teams in matrix structure. Team management responsibility includes implementing effective work organization, allocation of resources, motivating and appreciating, mentoring and training, participation in defining the objectives of the annual development plans.
Using your previous experience and provided training, you are building, maintaining and managing relations with Business Partners. As part of that you are identifying and addressing Business Partner's requirements concerning the application and service development and taking accountability for their delivery. You assure that implemented improvements foster cost and resource efficiency and process optimization. You are also influencing and consulting a future shape of solutions and delivery approach.
You are managing cooperation with external vendors of services/solutions, ensuring availability and engaging appropriate resources. One of your tasks is supporting innovation in scope of processes and technologies and identifying opportunities to reuse existing solutions.
You’re actively contributing to organizational development and growth by sharing your knowledge and experiences, creating new ideas, participating in internal initiatives.
You will be responsible for portfolio of services and projects with yearly budgets reaching 10M PLN.
