Here is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to take up the position of Administration Team Leader.
This is a great opportunity to manage the day to day activities of a team of administrators within pRED (Pharma Research & Early Development) as well as providing high level admin support to Senior Managers. You will be reporting directly to and working closely with the Head of Administration.
You will include the allocation of administrators to consistently meet resource needs and to organise and participate in regular 1:1s with individual administrative employees, working with the Head of Admin to discuss/assess all aspects of workload and any current issues.
You will assume responsibility for Performance Management, conducting Performance Appraisals and implementing/approving Individual Development Plans including participating in the end of year Performance Rating calibration process for administrators within the Department.
You will manage sickness, holiday and other absence within the team and oversee the induction of new Administrators and implement buddy systems where appropriate. Communicate effectively with senior members of the business face to face, and via telephone and email, both locally and globally.
You will provide professional administrative support to senior managers including calendar management, organising all european and global travel requirements, booking meetings including large face2face meetings globally, producing detailed itineraries and you will be responsible for the reconciliation of the travel expenses.
