To work as a field-based (estimated 4 out of 5 working days per week) Therapeutic Area Lead, partner with other functions to delivering the scientific information for TAEs and investigators that they require in the context of their work, in accordance to local laws, regulations and codes, and Roche SOPs
To establish long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with TAEs and investigators in a given therapeutic field and deliver quality interactions and services that bring value to physicians, and that are aligned with Roche strategies
To contribute to and implement the tactical / field medical plans
To identify opportunities for collaborations between the company and the TAEs and investigators
To effectively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordination and comply with all laws, regulations, policies & procedures that govern our business

Preferably, you should be/have:
At least 1 year experience on Medical, Sales & Marketing in pharmaceutical company
Bachelor Degree in biologic science related discipline, master or above is definitely an advantage
Knowledge of the overall drug development process relevant to pharmaceutical
Experience in development and implementation of clinical trials
Experience in the principles and techniques of data analysis, interpretation, and clinical relevance
Experience of writing clinical publications and delivery of scientific presentations
Relationships with external TAEs, other thought leaders, and external organizations is strongly preferred
