The person who will hold this position will be responsible from:
- Prepare short term (annual) and medium term (3-5 years) business plans for the products, determine marketing strategies of these products, set the product targets such as sales, market share, etc.
- Prepare the expense and sales budgets of the products in responsibility in coordination with related departments, make necessary balances through out the year and realize year, sales and expenditure budgets
- Make product launch plans, give information to necessary departments for the pre-launch official permissions etc. and follow up the implementation of such processes, determine price accordingly (AUP) and prepare forecast
- Conduct market research through sales team and/or private companies related to the products under responsibility, take necessary actions by closely following up competition and market conditions
- Implement global and regional sales campaigns
